NbCuniversal, Apple Bundle streaming services


In a bid to roll out their streaming services, Apple and NBCUniversal have agreed to offer Peacock and Apple TV together – another high-profile tie-up between competitors.

The two companies announced the partnership on Thursday in an effort to reach more customers and keep them signing up month after month. Peacock pairled peacock will be available for $14.99 per month, while apple and peacock premium plus will be offered for $19.99 per month.

The move accelerates corporate consolidation as companies look to better compete against Netflix and Amazon Prime, both of which offer hundreds of shows. Walt Disney Co is already combining its three services with Warner Bros.

Combined programs are available on Mondays.

NBCuniverfal was also in talks to land a major baseball package starting next year, and Apple has broadcast Friday baseball games.

The announcement comes three months after nbcuniversal, which is owned by Comcast, received its monthly peacock fee of $3.
