You probably have mostly covered your life. Don’t expect to throw them and be able to do the mileage – whether walking or running – in barefoot shoes. To some extent, you need to revive how to run and walk. This will be a conscious effort from you and can be very difficult. You just don’t learn, you are too Ruthlessly Some dumped habits. The main thing is to slow down. Very, very slowly slow.
The way you approach the barefoot shoes depends on what you want to do. I happened to go into the running, which worked well because I Have in possession To slow it down (I have sucked). If you are already a super marathon and want to try barefoot shoes, you will have a hard time keeping yourself back. If you are a place between those poles, it is still not difficult to use it. Focus the string you usually use to distance No. Doing a distance
If you don’t know where to start, check out the YouTube Graham Tuttle Channel, especially his foot reinforcement exercises. This will help you if you have been passionate about years, develop your legs and ankles that are deficient, and help reduce muscle pain when you start barefoot. Tuttle also offers you some paid programs with the aim of providing a more personal guide (I haven’t tried any of these). Another YouTube channel I found useful is the Movnat channel that is not special, but has good barefoot recommendations that have been sprayed during the content. And if you haven’t read Christopher McDagal, both Was born to escape Vat Natural -born heroes Barefoot readings are fun. In fact, Was born to escape Since the empty shoes were born in the early 1970s, he probably did more than anything else for barefoot.
It is also worth saying that the barefoot shoes are not a zero game. It’s been more than a year since barefoot shoes are running, ordinary shoes for other work and the rest of the time. It’s not all or nothing. If you go to a barefoot performance and slap your favorite conveision right afterwards, it’s okay. It’s just as important to know that everyone is different. It took me six months to completely move to barefoot shoes. But this is just me. It may take two months or two years. Go with your speed and don’t worry about the experiences of others.
